✨ Immerse yourself in the rhythm of the drums as we create a powerful and sacred space. We will lead the way, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery and connection.

🔥WHAT TO EXPECT:

☕☕☕We will have a nourishing CACAO and connect with ELEMENTS, celebrating the end of the season with gratitude to Mother Earth and our ancestors as a preparation for winter days.

🌳🌳🌳We will dive into a journey of self-reflection through the meditation and connect with others in the circle.

💚💚💚Each person will receive healing from the group adjusted to what's needed.

🙌We are also taking other people's wishes who can't participate in the circle and will send healing to them!

 🎶🥁 🎶🥁 Lastly, we will share joy and celebrate in a DRUMMING JOURNEY!

WHAT TO BRING: 🧘‍♀️A YOGA MAT OR SOMETHING TO SIT ON

🥁A DRUM or any instrument (if you don’t own one, we have a few spare or other instruments, so we all join in the fun!)
