JOIN US FOR A MABON CELEBRATION!

Mabon, also known as the Autumn Equinox,
is a significant pagan holiday celebrated around September 21st or 22nd in the Northern Hemisphere.

This festival marks the second of three harvest festivals in the Wheel of the Year, the first being Lammas or Lughnasadh and the third being Samhain.

Mabon is a time to honour the changing seasons and the abundance of the Earth as summer gives way to autumn.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We will have a nourishing CACAO and connect with ELEMENTS, celebrating the end of season
with gratitude to Mother Earth
as a preparation for winter days.
We will also share circle in nature MANDALA making.
(Please, if you can- bring nature bits for mandala making, such as leaves, fruits, flowers, etc).
Lastly we will share joy in DRUMMING!

A YOGA MAT OR SOMETHING TO SIT ON

NATURE BITS (optional)

YOUR CUP (optional)

A DRUM or any instrument
(if you don’t own one we have a few spare or other instruments, so we all join in the fun!)
