Karolina is a yogi, meditation and pilates teacher as well as Life coach and a holistic Nutritionist.

She is combining all her talents and skills using different holistic therapies and modalities like movement, breath and awareness of the mind for healing the body and the soul.

Founder of Art and Healing Studio in Wicklow.
